Adult Therapy

At some time, you may find yourself struggling with anxiety and depression. The strain of adulthood is draining, loss of loved ones or a physical ability becomes a reality, or fitting into a challenging world feels at odds with your authentic self. These are common themes my patients present with in therapy. Sometimes our job is to sit with the unchangeable, finding space to feel comfortable with what was once existentially overwhelming. More often, we can think together about mental relics, or rather patterns established in the past that once severed, but now hold us back. With a new sense of agency, life can be embraced and lived to the fullest.

I have been trained and I am experienced in a wide range of mental health challenges. These include the following.

  • General Anxiety

  • Social Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Social Isolation

  • Navigating Cultural Challenges
